The Windmilers AGM will take place on Tuesday 29 November 2016 at 7.30pm at
Wimbledon Rugby Club.

NO WINDMILER TRAINING THIS EVENING.

Please come along to the AGM – this is your chance to have your say in the
running of the club. The AGM will also set membership fees for the next membership year,
and elect the club's management committee and other non-committee posts.

The AGM papers are now available on the club website (in the Member / Files and Documents section). You will need to log in to access this section of the website.

The papers include the agenda, motions received so far, annual reports, current list of candidates for election and minutes of last year's AGM.

If you are planning to put forward any ordinary motions, please email them to the Club Secretary, Anas Hassan, at
mailto:secretary@windmilers.org.uk by Tuesday 22 November. Motions submitted will be publicised to members 7 days before the AGM.
