SAVE THE DATE: WIMBLEDON WINDMILERS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”)

The AGM is confirmed for Tuesday, 29th November at Wimbledon Rugby Football Club (Beverley Meads, Barham Road SW20 OET).

The starting time is to be confirmed but is likely to be around 7.30pm. While this does not constitute formal notice, we wanted to get this into your diaries; we will write to you (or email you) formally at the beginning of November.

As well as more formal business it will be a good time to find out more about what has happened at the Club over the year, look ahead to plans for 2012 as well as providing an opportunity to ask any questions.

In the meantime you may like to give thought as to whether you wish to propose any motions at the AGM. These can be submitted to myself (Secretary@windmilers.org.uk) any time up to 7 days before the AGM (i.e. by 22nd November), except motions to change the Club’s constitution which should be submitted 28 days before the AGM (i.e. by 1st November). If you would like to talk through any thoughts regarding possible motions please contact myself (as above) or Claire Morgan at Chair@windmilers.org.uk (or catch either of us or a committee member at any training session).  And if you would like to volunteer for a club position we'd be keen to hear from you.
