OLWEN'S EARLY MORNING RUNNING SESSIONS
TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS - 6.00 am sharp.
Tuesdays - The Hamptons hill reps in Mayflower Park, or 1k or 1 mile loops
Thursdays - SJH Playing Fields or Green Lane for various speed distances
MEETING POINT - Meet at the gates of Sir Joseph Hood Memorial Playing Fields, Marina Avenue, Motspur Park, KT3 6NE at 6.00 am.
Each session covers 6-8 miles inc. warm up/warm down. (Up to 10 miles during marathon training).

02 Feb - 800 x 9 02 Mar - 500 x 14 06 Apr - 800 x 10
09 Feb - 1000 x 8 09 Mar - Pyramid GL 13 Apr - 500 x 14
16 Feb - 1000 x 8 16 Mar - 300-200 x 14 20 Apr - 300-200
23 Feb - 2k x 3, 1k x 1 23 Mar - 700 x 10
30 Mar - 1 M x 6 Hamptons
Tuesdays will continue with various hill sessions in The Hamptons.
If you travel by train from Wimbledon (two stops), take the stairs on the left by the Earl Beatty pub, cross over the zebra crossing and Marina Avenue is on your right, along here for 50m to the park entrance (a 3 minute walk).
If you can't make the club's evening sessions but can drag yourself out of bed, you are welcome to come and join us. We always turn out, even on dark, cold, wet, winter mornings.
We train hard, but we are also a sociable, friendly group who celebrate birthdays with cake and bubbles immediately after the training session in the pavilion.
(Trains to Wimbledon/Waterloo leave Motspur Park at approx 08.04, 08.16 and 08.20).
