The sessions start inside the club-house with a few general announcements at 7:15pm and then the coaches explain the training objectives for the session, including location etc. Typically we have anywhere between 30 to 60 plus people (in all types of weather!). Remember that whilst we do have some super-quick runners, we have runners of all abilities and break into easy and hard groups. Every session is designed to cater for all speeds - so no-one is left behind... ever! As an example, when we get to the top of a training hill during one of our hill sessions, the lead runners loop back and join the back-runners.
The Rugby Club has fairly decent facilities - with a large lounge and bar, changing rooms, and a large car park. The address is:
